I did too much weights on Tuesday, why didn’t I take it easy. Didn’t do to much weights today because I’m still in pain. Couldn’t do squats (to much pain) so I did Leg Press, Bench Press and Shoulder Press
My legs are killing me from yesterdays weight training session. My other body parts are fine its just my legs hurting. My second weight training session is tomorrow, I have to push myself further
Mega men supplements was not working for me. I didn’t like the way it made me feel. All I need is a good vitamin and mineral supplement with no added extras.

I have been doing way to much cardio and my weight has dropped down to 135 pounds. Back to my weight training power lifting routine this week. After doing this routine for years I have come to hate weight training LOL however, that’s the only thing that will get my weight back up.
